<<蒜蜜牛油香草焗雞>>
一年四日嘅聖誕假期又開始喇~大家有冇咩節目呀?!而黃師奶呢?!多數都會一家三口出去八下喇~等月月感受下聖誕氣氛~嗱~唔好覺得佢人仔細細睇黎做乜吖~其實佢睇到D新奇嘢個樣好搞笑架~哈~!
呢期聖誕新年~POST 返下D西式煮意先~呵呵~買咗隻雞開邊~之後就用醃料醃好~放入焗爐就得~哈~唔駛睇火~方便哂我呢D懶媽~!
材料: 雞一隻, 蜜糖適量
醃料: 薑茸1湯匙, 蒜茸一湯匙, 鹽及黑胡椒粉適量, 香草碎少許, 牛油溶液小半碗 (全部拌勻)
STEP 1
將雞洗淨後開邊, 跟醃料醃最少4小時
STEP 2
預熱焗爐220-230度, 先焗雞約10分鐘; 再轉170度火再焗雞件約30分鐘即成(最後10分鐘就上蜜糖) (各人爐火唔同~要注意喔)
