今日過咗難忘的一日~女女家下放1點~我嘅好閏蜜為就我呢個湊女師奶~個個請咗假~陪我去食BRUNCH~難得的ME TIME…對上一次咁FREE..係我大肚嗰時….之後就去邊都要同月月一齊………..
今日又焗RIBS~因為真係好方便~醃好放入焗爐就食得~啱哂D鍾意啃骨嘅人呀!~
材料: BABY RIBS 一大條 , 檸檬汁 , 香草及黑椒(隨意-自己鍾意加咩就咩啦)
調味: 叉燒醬及蜜糖隨意
STEP 1
BABY RIBS與醃料醃一晚備用
STEP 2
預熱焗爐180度15分鐘~~焗BABY RIBS約20-30分鐘即成(自己留意爐火喔!)~!~!!
